I’m Rosie Cowen and I am passionate about helping my clients incorporate fitness and wellness into their lifestyle.

Regardless of your current fitness level, I believe you can succeed and grow your internal and external strength. I’m here to help you achieve that.

Fitness is more than looking good. It’s feeling good, inside and out.

I dropped into Lake Tahoe more than 20 years ago from my family home in Dorset, England where I grew up running cross county, playing field hockey, and dreaming of travel.

Tahoe’s scenery, snowboarding, and summer beach life captured me and I stopped traveling, at least for now. I am still thrilled by Tahoe’s traits. But year round, the gym has always been a place I feel at home.

I spent many years owning and operating a cafe and catering company here in South Lake Tahoe. My experience bringing healthy, delicious, whole foods to my guests strengthened my passion for looking out for people’s well-being.

I also enjoyed group fitness and spin classes - so much that I started teaching them. Over more than a decade, I’ve gained knowledge, a lot of certifications, and a great group of clients.

In personal trainings, I mix different intensity levels and strength-building styles to suit you. My clients range from firefighters, moms, and dads, to busy professionals and mature adults looking to keep or build back their vitality.
